Many of Lollie’s friends and fans have been asking about her foster brother Chick, our own resident wonderdog / child / greatest source of pride.
Over the next couple of weeks we will slowly introduce you to Chick. We don’t want to go too fast, because it would be easy to overdose on cuteness.
Lollie’s dancing skills got a lot of attention, but Chick wants you to know that he has skills too. Check ’em out.

I love how his personality is soooo very different from the one photo on the steps with Lollie where he had such a stern look on his face.
thank you thank you! yeah, chick is such a funny and dynamic dog. he is very outgoing and spunky, but he also has a nervous and anxious side. we call him a worrier. as i have alluded to in the past, he thought lollie was ok, but he didn’t really take to her like we had hoped. he was a good sport to put up with her puppy-like antics, though 🙂
I was expecting “We like to Party” by the Vengaboys. This was a perfectly suitable alternative.
That was so funny–and the song with it. Until I was around pitbulls, I never realized how funny they were. They can’t just have a normal reaction, or even jump, but he is just so goofy and jumps with all 4 legs. We joke about Mr. B being like the matrix because he has these weird things where he jumps with all 4 legs at the same time, but really high and to the side. It’s good to see more of Chick. I never realized he had markings; I had thought he was all white.
It’s oh-so-nice to meet you, Chick. You’ve gots some smoooooth moves, for sure. That bounce-wiggle move is really somethin’! AND you are Most Handsome. I luvs your pretty spots.

Oh Chick is just too cute. He reminds me of a Tigger – bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy, Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! He looks like a real wiggle worm – and his markings are gorgeous.
Too late. I already overdosed on cuteness.
The markings on his hind end remind me of a pair of shorts hanging just a little too low on the hips.

What kind of breed is this? He’s adorable!
Thank you! We’ll never know for sure since he is from a shelter, but he is a pit bull type dog. We think he’s part American Bulldog, too.
